Megan Camacho is an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner that works for San Antonio Kidney at the North Central/Stone Oak location. Megan is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas. Following her undergraduate degree, Megan earned a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. She has worked as an ICU Registered Nurse for 7 years where she has gained extensive experience caring for high acuity patients.
She prides herself in caring for her patients and loves that she has the capability to make a positive impact on someone’s health and well-being by providing evidence based medical care, comprehensive education, and access to resources. She enjoys taking the time to get to know her patients and their families, building a personal and professional rapport.
Megan was born in raised in San Antonio, Texas and loves the Texas hill country. In her spare time, she loves traveling, tubing the river and spending time with her husband and two dogs.
