Dr. Antonio Alvarado is a board-certified nephrologist and internal medicine physician dedicated to serving patients in the New Braunfels and Seguin clinic locations. A San Antonio native, Dr. Alvarado graduated from Central Catholic High School and the University of Texas before completing his medical training at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas and Northwestern University in Chicago.
Since 2015, he has proudly cared for the New Braunfels and Seguin communities, offering a full spectrum of kidney-related services. He also serves as the Medical Director at the DaVita Guadalupe dialysis clinic. In addition to his local work, Dr. Alvarado has extended his expertise abroad, providing medical care and nephrology outreach to underprivileged communities in India and Honduras.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Alvarado enjoys an active lifestyle that includes traveling, running, and cheering on the San Antonio Spurs and Texas Longhorns. He especially treasures time with his wife, Jenny, and their beloved pets.
