Deana began her nursing career in 2004 as a Registered Nurse, with a clinical background rooted in hospital-based critical care and the care of complex, high-acuity patients. Deana earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Capella University in 2016 and completed her Master of Science in Nursing in 2020. Deana is board certified as an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP) and has experience in both inpatient and outpatient nephrology. Deana is passionate about patient education and partnering with individuals to better understand kidney disease and take an active role in patient care. Outside of work, Deana enjoys the lake living and spending time with her family and grandchildren.
