Tiffany Diaz is a Family Nurse Practitioner who works for San Antonio Kidney at the Boerne and Kerrville locations. Tiffany is board-certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners after completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UT Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas. Followed by her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from Texas Tech University Health Science Center in Lubbock, Texas.
Tiffany worked as an ICU Registered Nurse for eight years, gaining experience in Cardiac, Transplant, Trauma, and Neurology. Tiffany’s goal as an Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) is to positively impact patient healthcare by providing high-quality care through patient education and valuing shared decision-making.
In her spare time, Tiffany loves spending time with her husband, two boys, and daughter.
